It happens to all (most) of us at one point or another, and usually after 40. We need reading glasses.

At first I bought boring glasses, not wanting to draw attention to my new “condition.”

But one day last week, I found the most fabulous, wonderful, and really fun reading glasses. Not only do they match my website (unbelievable but true), but they have rhinestones at the temples. I love them, and no longer hate that I have to wear them to see my food.

In the last 10 years, I have lost two hard drives, and neither one was fully backed up. It’s embarrassing, but it’s true.

In recent years, I would manually copy my hard drive off to an external hard drive on a regular basis. Until about six months ago, when my friend Karen told me about Carbonite.
