Things I Can’t Live Without: Chef’n Freshforce Lemon Citrus Juicer

Lemon GadgetEven though I just got mine last week as one of my birthday gifts from Greg, I already know that I can’t live without this great gadget.

Whether I am in search of the perfect lemon drop martini or fresh lemon juice for my salad dressing, this thing is amazing. The metal steel cup inside keeps the pulp out and gets every single drop out of juice out of the lemon. It’s fabulous.

I cannot live without my Pampered Chef food chopper, in fact I have tried the ninja, the cuisinart, and all other types of food processors since my food chopper finally fell apart after 12 years. But none work the same to chop a relatively small amount of food in a few short seconds and then easy clean up. No cords, no different blades, just ridiculously simple technology that helps me get out my aggressions by hitting that plunger hard which puts the chopping blade into motion. Great, great tool!

While searching for a past “7 mistakes” paper, I found the “top ten reasons while you should quit your job at Merck and Become a Pampered Chef consultant”–written for a huge party hosted by former colleagues when I sold pampered chef in 2002-2005. Guess I have that company on the brain.

That sounds great – I was looking at Sur La Table (a store in Boston) at food choppers last weekend and was a little overwhelmed. Thanks for the recommendations.

Funny about the 7 Mistakes Paper – there’s s reason for everything:)
